BRUNCH BUFFET

Choose from the following selections to create your own breakfast buffet.
Buffets can be arranged on an Island in your home or with skirted tables placed somewhere within the confines of your location.
Inclusive with all buffets are china plates, linen napkins, silverware, chafing dishes, platters, serving utensils, risers and buffet decor.
Minimum 25 guests – Maximum 60 guests

BLOODY MARY BAR

Start the day off with our signature Bloody Mary served with the following accoutrements: Premium Vodka, Housemade Bloody Mary Mix, Celery Stalks, Carrot Sticks, Stuffed Olives, Cucumber Slices, Grilled Asparagus, Peppercinis, Limes, Horseradish, and Assorted Hot Sauces.

CHAMPAGNE BAR

Decorative champagne flutes and skewered fruit garnishes included. Mimosas with Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice Kier Royale with Chambord Raspberry Liqueur Bellini with Fresh Peach Puree and Prosseco, Bellini with Fresh Strawberry Puree and Lemonade French 75 with Premium Gin, Lemon Juice and Prosseco

BREAKFAST TACO BAR

Personalize your taco bar with the following proteins and toppings.
Inclusive with all stations are scrambled eggs and flour tortillas.

BRUNCH ENTREES

HUEVOS RANCHERO

Poached eggs served over layered corn tortilla enchiladas with local housemade chorizo, red chile enchilada sauce and Oaxaca cheese.
Garnished with Mexican creme, pico de gallo and cilanto.

SHORT RIB AND SWEET POTATO HASH

Red wine braised short ribs with sautéed poblano peppers, onions, smoked herbs cubed sweet and yukon gold potatoes. Served with poached eggs.

BUTTERSCOTCH FRENCH TOAST

Thick cut brioche French toast dipped in a butterscotch batter. Topped with vanilla butter and maple syrup.

FRENCH TOAST ROLL UPS

Egg battered country white bread wrapped sausage links. Pan seared till golden brown served with maple syrup.

BISCUITS AND GRAVY

Local pork sausage gravy with shallots, fresh herbs and milk. Served over fresh baked buttermilk biscuits.

BREAKFAST CROISSANT BOATS

Fresh local eggs baked with mixed peppers, thick cut applewood bacon, and swiss cheese baked in a croissant till golden brown.

SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH BROCCOLINI AND RICOTTA

Fresh local market eggs sauteed with butter and charred broccolini florets. Finished with dollops of ricotta-parmesan cheese blend.

PROTEIN BREAKFAST BOWL

Poached eggs served over sweet potatoes, red quinoa, massaged kale, pepitas turkey sausage and oven roasted tomatoes. Served with a broccolni pesto.

COTTAGE CHEESE BOWL

Cottage cheese topped with granola, fresh berries, china seeds, dried fruit and drizzled with fresh local honey.
