Let your guests prepare a small plate of food to complement cocktail hour. The best way to feed larger groups accompanying dinner. Disposable bamboo plates or white china cocktail plateswith napkins and forks available on request.
Italian Antipasto Board
An array of Italian meats and cheeses, prosciutto wrapped asparagus spears, marinated olives, pickled vegetables, grilled zucchini, roasted peppernata, breadsticks and toast points. Served with local extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic vinegar.
Cheeses Around the World Board
Imported soft and hard cheeses with fresh strawberries and grapes, marinated olives, dried fruit, nuts, fruit compotes, crackers and toast points.
Vegetable Crudité Platter
A medley of carrots, celery, cucumbers, bell peppers, cauliflower, broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Served with a buttermilk pesto and hummus dipping sauces.
New Mexican Platter
A south of border platter with Baja style shrimp cocktail,warm queso dip, assorted salsa bar, signature guacamole, cilantro cream cheese dip, corn tortilla chips and Mexican duritos.
Buffalo Style Potato Chips
Thick- cut potato chips with a duo of blue cheese and buffalo sauces. Garnished with blue cheese crumbles and fresh chives.
Tableside’s Dessert Board
A medley of chef’s favorite desserts served in individual sized portions. Salted caramel panna cottas, red velvet cake, assorted cookies and pear/ apple crisps with whipped cream.
