The Paleo lifestyle consists of all proteins such as lean beef, chicken and fish including vegetables, nuts, tubers, good oils and fruits.

All creations that you would think have flour, sugar or dairy are supplemented with other all-natural ingredients that follow the Paleo guidelines.
