Slow roasted roast beef with sharp cheddar, caramelized onions, roasted red bell peppers and horseradish sauce. Served on rosemary focaccia bread.

The Italian Hoagie

Salami, black forest ham, honey roasted turkey breast, swiss cheese, shredded lettuce, red onions, tomatoes and red wine vinaigrette dressing. Served on fresh baked hoagie rolls.

Turkey Havarti and Croissant

Oven roasted turkey breast with havarti cheese, bibb lettuce, tomatoes, dijonaisse dressing and toasted croissant bread.

Mediterranean Chicken Wrap

Locally made flour tortillas with rotisserie chicken, smoked gouda, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, grilled asparagus, hummus and tzatziki sauce.

California Club

Oven roasted turkey, swiss cheese, apple wood smoke bacon, chunky guacamole, lettuce, tomato and roasted garlic mayo served on sour dough bread.

Proscuitto and Mozzarella Panini

Proscuitto de parma ham with fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh pesto vinagrette, Served on grilled french baguette bread.

Chickpea and Sunflower Sandwich

Chickpea salad with sunflower seeds, red oak leaf, tomatoes and garlic herb sauce served on whole grain bread.

Chicken Waldorf Sandwich

Diced chicken breast with grapes, celery, cranberries and walnuts tossed with a honey mustard dressing. Served on whole grain bread.

Roasted Apple wood smoked bacon with red onions, heirloom tomatoes, avocado, romaine lettuce, herb mayo on toasted Shepard’s bread
